My passion for this work started in my massage therapy training prior to medical school where I had personal experience treating- under guidance- and being treated with Cranial-trained therapists. I noticed marked improvements in my mental health, energy, and concentration. I’m wanting to be a Med-Psych doctor and I believe cranial treatment is a natural extension and valuable skill for this field combination. I believe this technique can be a useful modality for chronic pain, migraines, TMJ, whiplash, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and anxiety/mood disorders—all of which overlap as medical problems with potential comorbid psychological implications.
